These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") USA MLS and its users. By using the usamls.org website or its associated mobile application, you are agreeing to these Terms.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registrations and deposits only.

• Bonus offers that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

USA MLSThe following rules apply when placing bets on the platform. These rules cover all betting markets — Sports, e-sports, and Casino.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except through the cash-out feature.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, usa mls reserves the right to void the affected bet(s).
• Odds during in-play betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• In the event of any dispute over a result, usa mls's decision is final and binding.
• In accumulator or parlay bets, if one leg is voided, the remaining legs will continue to stand.

USA MLS The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of account balance.

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or circumvent the platform's security systems.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.

In the event of any disputeUSA MLS's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the user's current account balance.
